The history
of the food in the Boulder area started when the Anasazi lived here as far back as 2000 years ago when hunting, gathering
and farming was a way of life. When this area was settled in 1869 ranching and agriculture became predominant and created
a pioneering culture. That western hospitality and tradition continue here and are strewn throughout the food we serve at
the Sweetwater Café. Our meals are prepared with local produce, local organic beef,
local organic pork and organic chicken.Take pleasure in the frontier flavors of the Sweetwater Café and enjoy a distinctive
